Diagnosed with a rare movement disorder at the age of 17, Nisshaa’s journey of self acceptance was long and difficult.
Having to constantly battle a gradually uncontrollable body while trying to function normally was mentally draining, and there were times Nisshaa almost gave up.
Despite that, she fought through and has been able to accept herself for who she is.

What started as a college assignment has become a primary means of self expression.
